About Sam Beau
We lost unexpectedly on August 11, 2023. Sam Beau was a very nice dog that could win on the weekends and was also a nice pleasure dog. He had a big bawl mouth on track and was an honest first strike dog (no babbling at all), dying locate, an a steady chop on the tree. He could take a bad track and put a coon in a tree at the end of it. Chuck Slattery and his daughter, Klementyne, done a great job handling Sam Beau. Sam Beau is going to be missed.

16 year old Klementyne Slattery handled Sam Beau to a 600 plus point cast win Friday night at the Winter Classic. This win also finished Sam Beau to GR NITE CHAMPION.
2022 UKC World Champion Leopard
Chuck Slattery (center) handled Sam Beau to double cast wins at the World Zones Portland, IN. 9/16-17/2022.
National Dual Champion Leopard
Chuck Slattery (center) handled Sam Beau to this win as well as many others. He had the judges looking at him for the overall winner. One of the judges, Lisa Beddingfield (right) said he was one of the hardest muscled dogs she has ever put her hands on. The only exercise he gets is what he gets in the woods.
Youth GA State Overall Champion
Klementyne Slattery handled Sam Beau to this win. Sam Beau won Overall Show Champion and then went on to win Overall Nite Hunt Champion.
